Norlab Quiche

Gives two quiches of 4 servings each (8 total)

Recipe from Dominic Baril
- 1X pack of deep dish pie shells
- 8 eggs
- 473 ml of 35% cooking cream
- Thyme
- Salt and pepper
- Half a pack of feta cheese cubes
- Two small or one big branch of leek
- Optional : Filling can be switched for tomatoes, brocoli, ham or many more, be creative!
- Whisk all the eggs and cream in a large bowl until uniform;
- Add salt, pepper and thyme to the egg mix;
- Meanwhile, cut and cook the filling in a pan with melted butter;
- Add the egg mix in the pie shells, on a baking tray, preheat the oven to 400 deg F;
- Add the cooked filling (leek), with the feta (uncooked) to the egg mix;
- Cook the quiches in the oven for 40 minutes, or until thickened enough.
