Estimate cooking time: 30 minutes
Recipe from Jean-Michel Fortin, written by Effie Daum.
- 300g of Thin sliced beef (for fondue)
- 4 clusters of asian style noodles
- 1/2 cup of edamames
- 1 broccoli, cut in branches
- 1 zucchini, cut in slices
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
Note : For fancy people you can replace the broccoli by a sliced bok choy.
- 1 tbsp of fish sauce
- 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp of brown sugar
- 4 tbsp of soy sauce
- 4 tbsp of VH honey & garlic
- Put olive oil in a large pan or wok at medium heat
- Cook garlic and onion for 2 minutes
- Add broccoli to cook for 5 minutes
- Add zucchini and beef and cook until tender
- In a small pot bring water to boil, turn off the heat and add the noodles and edamames for 3 minutes
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix all of the sauce ingredients and whisk until the brown sugar is dissolved in the mix
- When the noodles and edamames are ready, add them to the wok
- Stir in the sauce and serve
