Alerts Mapping OSCAR to E2E
The E2E Alerts section contains data on any condition that the provider should be aware of such as a contagious disease, fears/phobias, special needs, and social situations.
User Assumptions
- The provider shall enter all Alert entries into OSCAR under the reminders section of the Encounter page
- All relevant fields presented will be filled with data if applicable
Data Assumptions
- We expect Alert data to be a freetext field which will make sense to a human reader
- Alert data will not be entered in other parts of OSCAR
