The E2E Risk Factors section contains data pertaining to the specific patient's risk factors. It covers factors that may have a medical impact on the care of hte patient like smoking status, social behaviors, environment, etc.
User Assumptions
- The provider shall enter all risk factor entries into OSCAR under the Risk Factors section of the Encounter page
- All relevant fields presented will be filled with data if applicable
Data Assumptions
- We expect risk factor data to be a freetext field which will make sense to a human reader
- Risk Factor data will not be entered in other parts of OSCAR
- The E2E spec does not contain an example Risk Factors section to refer to.
Options
- Attempt to generate a template based soly on the implementation guide
- Wait for GPI to release an eample risk factor section
Decision
- Waiting for an example isn't very useful, so we decided to put together the section based on the implementation guide
- Need to flag this to GPI
