Iteration 4
What is the prevalence in the network of elderly patients with renal failure who are also on digoxin >125 mcg/day?
This iteration and likely several others are still about building out the clinical content for questioning. Through the question we are answering this iteration, we expand what is moved into the endpoint to include more general patient characteristics and diagnoses.
The question type is designed such that it links multiple types of data such as diagnoses, demographics and medications in one query. This may prove tricky, but is an essential feature. The key to this iteration is the ability to generate a count of patients which have the diagnosis as well as the specific medication and dosage across endpoints with varying sized populations (both total population and those in the study group).
